“To begin we are a couple. I'm the boyfriend of Laurie who booked the tickets online. When we arrive we ask to the staff if it was the good bus to go to split and they don't answer us just show the bus with the head. The staff wasn't really nice with the tourist. Then during the travel the drivers bus had a dangerous driving (the driver received 6 call on his phone during he drived). He drived to fast and risk to hurt some people who want to cross the road. When we make a stop he forced my girlfriend to use the men's toilets that did not lock to go faster. and when she went out gave her a tappe in the back to make it go faster on the bus. this is intolerable. We are really disappointed about this service.”

“The staff was not kind, they made us feel as we were asking for favors to Them. Also, stoped many time for rest, the first one within an hour of leaving the terminal. The bus toilet was not working, and it were more than 4 hs of trip! ”

“It was way too hot and stuffy in the bus and we’ve seem to have stopped in a place we weren’t meant to (Fuzine) and the whole point of a bus going directly is to go directly to the island (Zagreb-Krk; with a few stops on the island). Therefore we came a bit later than expected. ”
