“Bus driver was very rude due to us not having printed tickets. Both staff members at the ticket windows in Dubrovnik offhand and unhelpful. Said there was nothing they could do, even though we had electronic tickets on out phones. Eventually they allowed us to board. Terrible service, and no need to be rude at all.”

“Our 11am bus arrived late and didn't leave until 12.50pm. The 10am bus arrived at 11am causing lots of confusion for both lots of passengers. Some 10am people were not allowed on because 11am people had boarded. No-one checked the actual time - this should have been done!! The communication to passengers was very poor and could have been much better. As it was, about 20 people were kicked off the bus and I can only presume a new bus arrived for them. We arrived 4.20pm with the trip taking 3 1/2 hours. Customs delays were ridiculous but out of your hands. Drivers were great. Control of the rush for people boarding and loading luggage needs to be a better process.”

“There were passengers from many countries on board and unfortunately staff did not explain anything to passengers including why passports were not returned after the first checkpoint. Staff didn't seem to realize that it did cause concern among international passengers even after they were approached for explanations. Some communication is needed.”
