“2 drivers and a supervr? Dont think any spoke English. Bus ticket said we may have to change buses on journey, but we didn't expect the first change to be in Zagreb due to slipped clutch. Toilet at first rest stop in Bosnia had no paper or soap. A bit yuk. Long journey in challenging terrain which drivers handled. We got to Sarajevo 50 mins late which really wasn't too bad. No wifi which we had for first 15 mins on bus 1. ”

“Bus was supposed to come at 11:15am. Did not arrive until 1pm. Extremely unhappy. The fans on the bus did not work it was very hot. The trip was supposed to take 4 hours and it took over 5.”
