“Problemi s razmjestajem tj.sjedenjem. toplo preporučam rezervaciju sjedila priliko kupnje karata kako bi se izbjegle neugodne situacije. Takodjer, i na putovanju 22.12.u 16u 30h Stuttgart varazdin u jucwr na povratku Varazdin Stuttgart u 20:25 h nije radio wc. Smatram da bi za relaciju takve duzine bilo prijekopotrebno da je wc u funkciji.”

“Driver was good.We politely asked to sit on the front seats which were occupied by the driver and conductor and their papers taking up eight seats in total and the driver wagged his finger at us and said no no for the driver”

“The sept 13 4pm bus to Mostar was 2 hours late. Then the bus driver threw a fit and refused us as passengers because we used e-tickets emailed to us by your website. The bus station staff got involved and had an altercation with the driver, which ended in the bus station staff calling a rep from the bus company to speak to the driver. He eventually gave in but battered our bags before throwing them into the hold. Besides that the journey was strange (with many unannounced stops) and long. ”
