“tickets on the bus were oversold by 100% creating chaos!! very difficult to get info. those with pre booked tickets given no preference over "walk-ins". We finally boarded a second bus & left at 11.15.We were headed to Tivat to catch a flight we had allowed plenty of time but with the late departure & very slow border crossing we nearly missed it. will only use the service again as a last resort”

“No where on the e- ticket does it tell you to print. It just says show the driver.overseas travellers do not have facilities to Print”

“The bus was 1.5 hrs late and I was informed that they are always late. I was also told to pay 2 euro or 20 kuna for putting my luggage in the bus luggage compartment. The bus was filthy. The toilet locked. There was rubbish in the seats and the seats were worn. But most annoying of all is that we had to wait 1.5 hrs after the scheduled time with no info if the bus was arriving or not. I will not recommend this bus to anyone.”
