“I understand the border issue (it's out of the company's hands), but the bus is now CONSTANTLY late and does not depart from Zagreb at 17:00. It's always 35 minutes late to start with. With the border issue, we are in Vienna with a minimum of 3 hours delay (3h35min this time). I need to pay for additional charges (expensive taxi) to get home because there are no night lines where they stop... ”

“Črnja Tours information point is very bad! I called them because the bus was more than one hour late and I called them to tell me when will arrive and they didn't know anything, they said that they will check and call me back and they never did, and it happened twice. I have to say that I was quite disappointed with their approach and lack of communication. Nevertheless, the drivers were very nice and the bus was fine. ”
