“Put od Zagreba do Rijeke je prosao odlicno, no u povratku nam je vozac rekao da ne mozemo u bus jer nemamo rezervaciju sjedala iako imamo kartu na kojoj pise da je rezervacija ukljucena. Vozac nam je rekao da se nakon kupnje karte treba nazvati i rezervirati mjesto, a navedeno nigdje ne pise! Jasno mi je da to nije odgovornost vozaca nego firme, pa molim da na online karti istaknete da je nakon kupnje karte online potrebno nazvati i rezervirati mjesto. Na moje inzistiranje uspjela sam dobiti mjesto u busu, drugi vozac je zato sjedio na podu, a neki putnici koji su kupili karte nisu uopce usli u bus. ”
