I need to change departure date or time
Changing departure date is possible up to 24h prior departure. Departure time and carrier cannot be changed, at the moment. Please use the form below if you need more info.
I need to cancel my ticket
You are able to cancel your ticket and get refund reduced by 15% up to 48h before departure.
Tickets cancelled after that period shall not be refunded.

Is luggage fee included in ticket price?
Luggage fee is separated from ticket price and is paid directly to bus driver. Usually is around 1-2 EUR, but some carriers take luggage free of charge. Hand luggage is usually free of charge.
